What is the Warranty?
We ALWAYS offer our 1 YR MFR Warranty. Please email us at email@example.com for return instructions.
How long do you charge products for?
1-2 hours for full charge (depending on product - but assume 2 hours on all for guaranteed charging).
Does the light Turn off at full charge?
No it does not.
How do you pair with devices?
1. Turn on BT on our product (either turn to bluetooth button (for our speakers) or hold center button (for ClipR) for 5 seconds to see red/blue light blinking.
2. Turn on BT on smart device, Search for device and click "connect",
3. If it asks for password, use "0000" or "1234". You will either hear "pairing completed" or it will confirm this on your smart device via the bluetooth signal on toolbar at top of screen. NOTE: IF pairing on computer, it may require you to manually SWITCH your AUDIO to the bluetooth speaker. You can do this by going to your Volume Control Options or Play Back devices (right click).
4. If the above does not work: 1. Make sure BOTH devices are charged. 2. Start again from #1 and make sure the product and smartdevice are in pairing mode (this is more important in the red/blue light requirement (DBoom, UberBuds, and ClipR).

Do NOT attempt to return a product to us without a prior contact (see above). Anything you send us without confirmation...we get to keep it. Maybe if you're lucky you'll get it back. But probably not.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Most of our products are backed by a 1 YR MFR warranty.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We cannot guarantee delivery to out of country destinations due to local import/taxes/fees. Please be aware of this when ordering. We also may see some delays during the holidays for order processing due to increased demand. Please email us if your order is still pending.
